This is our Actual Play of Daggerheart using the Five Banners Burning framework! We follow the exploits and adventures of The Delian Company, an infamous and elite band of mercenaries who lost many of their number in the recent war which completely changed the face of the continent, Althas. The players act as officers of the company, guiding it and supporting their Commander to keep the Company afloat but also, to get paid.
The adventure begins with our esteemed group on a secret quest to deliver a relic to a far away city, taking them through turbulent territory and mysterious lands. As the more classic sword-and-sorcery plots come to their unforeseen conclusions, the players will then pick and choose which jobs to take, maintain the company’s dwindling supplies, and find a way to prevent war from breaking out once again…
Listen to this AP because we’re a group who have been playing together for a very long time, we’re best friends, we love TTRPGs, we love (and try to restrict) Blackadder references, and we’ve all become slowly more and more taken with this great game.
