    Hope & Fear Frames Hype

    Like most of us, I'm STOKED for Hope & Fear. Of the Campaign Frames that we know are going to be in the book, which are you most excited for?

    • Journey to Horizon: Complexity 4 classic fantasy with hexcrawl mechanics where the PCs emerge from a sanctuary after 1000 years and travel the world using their old map of the world.

    • Reign of the WereDragon: Dark Fairytale setting where the players collaboratively build the BBEG, the Weredragon Queen, in Session 0.

    • Dark Heart of Andaloria: Gothic Horror monster hunting, the "home" for transformation cards, folklore mechanics for the table to decide what myths are true about different monsters.

    • Castle High: Stickerpunk flying boarding school with lots of mystery and intrigue, and there's phones and modern touches.

    Personally I'm looking forward to Reign of the Weredragon most, that collaboratively built BBEG sounds so fun. Also really want to snag those folklore mechanics from Dark Heart of Andaloria!

    Castle High sounds like it could be super fun! I've always found non-classic fantasy settings very fun to play in, so I'll go with that for my pick :)

    I'm interested to see what the collaborative BBEG mechanics will be as well, it seems to fit DH's approach to collaborative worldbuilding well.

    I'm pumped to see how they envision a hex crawl running. I love and miss doing hex crawls.
