Just for fun: Out Of Place Characters

Your GM has stated that they wish to run a grim-and-gritty Five Banners Burning campaign, with a focus on deep, introspective, character-driven roleplay and the consequences of war.
You, however, have decided to be a mischievous little imp, and make the most out-of-place character possible for the campaign. Perhaps the GM made you mad somehow, and this is your vengeance.
Choose your characters ancestry, community, class, and subclass.
Name them, and give them a brief description and backstory (No more than a paragraph.) What do you make?

Derek Moolander, highborne firbolg Wordsmith Bard. Really, really, ridiculously good-looking firbolg who is chapped that the war is stifling his modeling career.

This is a little bit autobiographical. I GMed a campaign that was supposed to be fairly serious in tone and took place mostly underwater. My players' characters were Fin Diesel and Derek Zooflounder.
