Wrong Recall Costs for Warlock Abilities

Per Hope and Fear Recall cost for spectral mist is 0, and chains of affliction is 2.

Currently they sit at 1/1 respectively.

I just double check this and you are correct. I'll be posting this as a bug over on the HOD discord server. If you're into Discord come join us there!
