Wherever Biff steps, the corruption within him causes plants and foliage to wither and die. If the player takes damage within melee range of Biff, the heroes feel this corruption begin to infect them, and they take an additional d8 damage.

Spend a Fear to curse a target within Very Close range with a necrotic Deathlock until the end of the scene. Attacks made by Biff against a Deathlocked target deal direct damage. The Hunter can only maintain one Deathlock at a time.

The air around Biff shimmers and black light streaks towards you. You feel it penetrate your very soul as it slams into your chest. Instinct reaction of 15 or you are under the influence of Biff. You must use your action to attack a friendly character of Biff's choosing. You can repeat this at the end of your go.
