A seasoned bandit in quality leathers with a strong voice and cunning eyes.

The Broken Mountain Pathfinder is a survival-first outlaw commander who treats every fight as temporary and reversible, never something to “win at all costs.”
They control the battlefield by positioning allies, reading danger early, and constantly preparing the gang’s escape routes.
Their strength is coordination: Aconites pressure, Rowan anchors, and the Pathfinder reshapes the fight like weather over a ridge.
When the situation turns, they switch instantly into extraction mode, triggering a disciplined retreat rather than a panic.
They should feel less like a boss to defeat and more like the reason the gang keeps surviving encounters like this.
The Pathfinder always knows the safest exit route.
