Diseased demonic manifestations of animalistic rage, bulezaus embody the violence of nature.
This is a simple conversion from D&D to Daggerheart.
Like all demons, Bulezau's are resistant to magical damage.
Whenever a creature that isn't a fiend makes an action roll within close range of the Bulezau, they must mark a stress.
You must spend a Fear to spotlight the adversary. While spotlighted, they can make their standard attack against all targets within range.
Whenever the Bulezau attacks, one target hit by the Barbed Tail must succeed on a Strength reaction roll. On a failure, the target becomes diseased. While diseased the target sports festering boils, coughs up flies, and sheds rotting skin and becomes vulnerable until the disease ends. The target must repeat the reaction roll after every 24 hours that elapses. On a successful save, the disease ends. On a failure, the target must mark a hit point slot that cannot be cleared until the disease is cured.
The blessing of a divine (cleric, priest etc.) can cure this disease without a reaction roll.
When this adversary makes a successful attack against a PC, you gain a Fear.
