Features

Passives

  • One with the Dark Side

Maul is a highly trained Sith Apprentice and extremely deadly lightsaber duelist. Maul's Force Rating is dependent on the current amount of Fear the GM has. If the GM has 3 Fear, Maul gets a +1 to his difficulty, and all rolls. If the GM has 5 Fear, Maul gets a +2, and if the GM has 8+ Fear, Maul gets a +3.

  • Unrelenting Rage

When Maul makes a target Mark its last Hit Point, add one Fear. If the Target picks a death Move and dies, Maul adds one Fear and Clears a Hit Point.

Actions

  • Just cut a hand off; that's stuns them real good
    fear 2

When Maul successfully attacks a target, he can Spend 2 Fear. He does no damage with this attack, but instead *Scars* the PC. The PC must permanently remove One Hit Point from their total as a limb is cut off. During the PCs next spotlight, they must Mark a Stress and Lose a Hope in order to act as normal.

  • Relentless (X)
    fear 1

Maul's relentless number depends on Maul's Force Rating. Maul Spends a Fear and gets a number of additional Spotlights equal to his Force Rating as noted in the "One with the Darkside" Feature.

Reactions

  • Lightsaber Duelist
    stress 1

If a ranged attack misses Maul while his lightsaber is active, then he can Mark a Stress to bounce the attack back at the caster. He uses the same attack roll with a bonus to the roll equal to his Force Rating. If this attack makes a target Mark a Hit Point then Maul gains a Fear.
