Formidable prehistoric hunter
The adolescent Spinosaurus is a fearsome hunter, seeking to tear apart its prey and become the dominant predator in this region.
This adversary can be spotlighted up to 2 times per GM turn. Spend Fear as usual to spotlight them.
While the Spinosaurus is submerged in water, its difficulty is increase by +3.
Mark a stress to make a bite attack against a target within very close range. On a success, the target takes 2d10+4 damage and makes a Strength or Finesse reaction roll. On a failure, the target is restrained until the Spinosaurus takes major damage or until the target makes a successful Strength reaction roll. The Spinosaurus cannot make a bite attack until it discards the current target. On subsequent turns, the Spinosaurus may continue to thrash the restrained target for additional 2d10+4 damage without marking a stress.
Mark a stress to make an attack against all targets within very close range. Targets that are hit take 2d10+4 damage and a knocked back to close range.
If the Spinosaurus is submerged in water, spend a fear to move to any target within close range (including in the air) by making an unsuspecting strike. On a successful hit, the target takes 2d8+4 damage and becomes vulnerable until their next roll with hope.
When this adversary makes a successful attack against a PC, you gain a Fear.
