If the Conductor apparatus is still active and undamaged, the Fang is hostile to everyone in the courtyard except the monks. If the apparatus has been shut down or destroyed, the Fang is hostile to the Conductors only and treats players as neutral.
This adversary can be spotlighted up to 3 times per GM turn. Spend Fear as usual to spotlight them.
When the Azure Fang arrives, the Inscription Geometry is suspended for the duration of its presence.
All players within Close range of the Fang must make a Presence roll (18) or mark a Stress as the weight of its attention presses in.
When this adversary makes a successful attack against a PC, you gain a Fear.
When the Fang has done what it came to do it returns to the tear without being defeated.
