About this class
Theme: A wizard class, but without the formal schooling. Someone who was trained in magic using books and knowledge passed down by family and used in a more situational manner.
Play style: Play as an unsure magician figuring out the spells as they go using a second hand grimoire or spell book.

Thoughtful
You are able to touch a willing ally and imbue them with a 1d4 to the next roll of their choice until the next rest. This effect ends when the ally uses the ability or if you cast it on someone else.

Defensive
At the start of each session you gain a number of d4 equal to your Spellcast trait to place upon your sheet. You may expend one use of the die to reduce the result of an incoming attack roll or spellcast roll against you or an ally within close range.

When choosing this subclass you gain an extra domain card from the Arcana domain at your level or lower during character creation.
When you roll a crit on a Spellcast roll you will add a 1d6 magic damage to your damage dice roll.
