Crimson Ledger
You maintain a ritual ledger that records and empowers blood magic through sacrifice. Mark a Hit Point to add Blood Dice tokens to a pool equal to your Spellcast trait. Blood Dice tokens persist until spent, expended, or clear on a Long Rest.
Using the Crimson Ledger: When you successfully cast a Blood spell, you may roll a d4 for each Blood Dice Token spent, or expend them for a benefit.

Hemo-Augments: When you successfully cast a Blood spell, you may mark a Stress to roll any number of Blood Dice tokens spent, and apply a Hemo-Augment. You know the following augments:
Sanguine Potency: Add the total rolled Blood Dice value to the spell’s damage.
Crimson Reach: Increase the spells targets by the value of the Blood Dice.
Bloodweight: Reduce the target’s Difficulty by the Blood Dice value until the next time they take damage.

Efficient Platelets: Mark a Stress to use an extra Hemo-Augment.
Hematologist: Your Blood die is now a d6. You also know the following augments:
Vein-Severing: Expend a Blood Die token to make the target temporarily Vulnerable.
Erythrocytic Reclaim: Expend any number of Blood Dice tokens to clear that many Hit Points.

Crawling Veins: The target’s veins writhe beneath their skin. Frighten a number of targets equal to the total rolled until the start of your next spotlight.
Borrowed Pulse: Your blood overrides their heartbeat. Charm a number of targets equal to the total rolled until the end of the scene or until they take damage.

Blood Harvest: When an adversary is defeated while Vulnerable, Frightened, or Charmed, gain Blood Dice tokens equal to the adversary’s Tier.
Forbidden Rites: You also know the following taboos:
Bare Flesh: Spend a Blood die and mark that many targets temporarily Vulnerable within Close range of your target. If maximum value is rolled on the Blood die, the Vulnerability is permanent.
Frenzied Ally: Spend a Blood die and mark that many targets temporarily Frenzied within Close range of your target. They must target their allies if possible.
