SOUL REAPER
About this class
This feature represents a Soul Reaper drawing on the bond with their zanpakuto in a moment of need, without going as far as releasing Shikai. It should feel like a spike of clarity or power granted by the blade’s spirit, not a full transformation. GMs should use the word or image as a small narrative seed, a hint, a warning, or a flicker of the zanpakuto’s personality, rather than mechanical information. This keeps the zanpakuto feeling alive throughout play and sets up player familiarity with their blade’s spirit before Shikai becomes available later in the campaign.
