Effect

All successful attacks made with the coated weapon against Wither-touched, Blight, or Root enemies deal an additional +d6 Fire Damage. Special: If the attack is a Critical Success, the target also catches fire, taking 2 True Damage at the start of each of their turns until they (or an ally) spend an action to douse the flames.

Usage notes

Using a consumable typically doesn’t require a roll unless stated. Under pressure, the GM may call for an action roll.

About this consumable

A thick, amber-colored resin that smells of woodsmoke and sun-warmed pine. When applied to a blade or arrowhead, it causes the edge to shimmer with a faint, heat-less orange glow.
