  • A Perpetual Moonlit Night

No matter what time they entered, the forest is in dead of night and only lit by the stars and moon. When the Party enters the Moonfall Glades, the path behind them no longer exists, and the party must complete a Progress  Countdown (4).A PC may make an Instinct Roll to try and sense the intentions of the Glade and it’s purpose. On a Success with Hope or Critically succeeds, the countdown progresses by 1, and the PC learns 2 pieces of information regarding the Glade and it’s Purpose On a success with Fear, progress the countdown by 1 and the PC takes 1 stress and learns 1 piece of information. A PC who rolls a failure immediately triggers the “Dream Catcher” feature without the GM spending a fear. After the countdown completes, All Players who have stress left gain a hope.

If the Party marks all their stress before the countdown completes. Immediately Summon Azero to escort the Party to The Crescent Witch’s cottage and the GM gains 3 fear.

    Information:
    Success 11-13
    - The air in the Moonfall Glades feels lighter, and closer to the stars. You feel it prying at your thoughts.
    - The wind whispers to the player: Let go of the past and future, there is only now.
    - The space of the area makes no sense, the Moon is larger and appears to kiss the horizon, but when you look to the moon it hangs in a normal, properly scaled position among the stars.

Any roll 14+ gains advantage on their next roll.

    - as you navigate the glade, you see wicker dream catchers hanging in the branches of specific trees.
    - a small forest sprite catches your attention, as you continue looking for the right path it flashes green or red helping guide you towards a promising future.
    - you can barely make out lamplight between the trees, it disappears for a time then reappears reassuring you that you are heading the right way
