    When the Consequence Countdown is over, the party is caught eavesdropping, and a combat starts.

    A PC who rolls a failure with Fear is immediately targeted by the "Keep Your Voices Down!" Action without requiring a Fear to be spent on the Feature. When it ticks, activate the "Keep Moving" Action.
