Jingles took your quiver and dipped it in a special blend of Goblin Goo, excrement, and eye juice. He then left it to try above a blue flame that was roasting a goblin tongue. A few arcane words later, and boom, magical heat seeking arrows that can bend round corners and seek out pre identified targets. Huzzah!

Cost: 1 hope. Three times per long rest, you can use special arrows that Jingles has prepared for you. Speak the activation words “Go forth and multiply”, you can fire a heat seeking arrow that flies towards a target that you point out. You don’t even need to be able to see them, but you have to know they are there. You gain advantage on the attack roll.
