Effect

Wrap Attack: Make an attack roll against an adversary within Close range, strips of cloth darting from the wraps. On a success, they are Restrained and take 2d6+2 magic damage. Sap Strength: You may grant the GM a Fear after Restraining an adversary with the wraps in order to clear Hit Points equal to the number of Hit Points that adversary marked.

About this item

A pair of very old cobalt colored hand wraps once belonging to an infamous king. Time has caused whatever symbols that these wraps used to bear to wither and fade. And now that the king has returned, these wraps emanate an ominous and hungry energy.
