You can cast a Spell from a domain card into the Hourglass, making a Spellcast Roll, marking Stress, or spending Hope or tokens as appropriate to the card. The spell is absorbed harmlessly and the Hourglass is inverted. Begin a standard countdown with a value of 6. Once the countdown triggers, the spell is cast from the Hourglass, with the current holder determining the target or targets.

This hourglass is about 4 inches tall. It can be moved but no amount of force can invert it, until a spell is cast into it.
