1 |Just a Snack. Nothing happens. It’s simply a delicious pomegranate. Anyone who eats it clears 1 Stress.
2 | Oops. It detonates immediately in your hand. You suffer Major Damage, and everyone within Very Close range is showered in sticky seeds.
3 | It Actually Works! The grenade explodes exactly as intended. Every creature within Close range of the impact suffers Major Damage. The GM is encouraged to describe the explosion with excessive enthusiasm.
4 | Nature Finds a Way. Thorny pomegranate bushes erupt from the ground, turning the area into difficult terrain until the end of the scene. They’re surprisingly pretty.
5 | Goblin Smoke Screen. The grenade releases an enormous cloud of pink, fruit-scented smoke. The area becomes heavily obscured until the end of the next round. Everyone emerging from the cloud sparkles with sticky juice.
6 | Goblin Perfection. Against all logic, the device functions flawlessly—and then some. Every creature within Close range suffers Severe Damage, and the explosion leaves behind a single perfectly ripe pomegranate. Nobody knows where it came from. Not even the goblins.
