Effect

Mark a Stress to gain a +2 bonus to Knowledge or Instinct rolls to identify or detect magic as you draw from its seemingly unending knowledge. Gain access to a new Downtime Move usable during Long Rests: Study. Spend one Study move to identify magical objects or effects. Work with your GM to define the bounds of the Archakon's knowledge in your story. Alternatively, spend 3 Study moves to study the Archakon itself. After the third Study has completed, you attune to it and learn its secrets and true name: The Archane Crucible. While attuned: Once per long rest, feed a Domain Card to the crucible, loosing access to it for the remainder of the campaign. If the Domain Card being fed is from the Codex Domain, only one ability per card will be lost this way. After two cards or abilities have been fed to the Archane Crucible, it produces a new Domain Card which represents a combination of the abilities it has been previously consumed. Work with the GM to design the new domain card and permanently add it to your vault. Only one new Domain Card can be produced this way.
