Effect

While worn, the wearer has advantage on action rolls to rally, command, or inspire allies. Once per long rest, the wearer may speak an ally's name within earshot to grant that ally 1 Hope. The first time the wearer uses this ability, their own name is magically stitched into the inside brim.
