The handle of this dagger is wrapped with the skin of fiends. Its blade is made from a bone from a devil killed in the hells. It was crafted to summon other devils to the mortal plane. You can use it to summon a minor devil by killing a humanoid, but they are not easily controlled once they arrive. (You must make a successful Presence roll against the devil’s difficulty to be able to give them a task to do. If you fail, they will attack you. If you succeed, once that task is complete, they disappear back to the hells from whence they came.)
