Ten Towering Terrors that will bring massive threats to your dark fantasy games

This supplement contains 10 Colossus adversaries designed for use in a grimdark Daggerheart campaign. Each Colossus is a battle and a puzzle that the players have to solve while also doing their best to stay alive. They’ve all been fully playtested and come with custom art. Some have an additional adversary or environment that goes with the Colossus.

These Colossus adversaries have guidance on how to run them, as well as pieces of lore to help tie them together. GMs running any kind of Daggerheart game who want to challenge their party with a colossal threat of an undead or fiendish persuasion will find many options to choose from.

For those wanting to run a full 10 level grimdark campaign featuring Colossi, this supplement has one such adversary for each level. You can design each arc around a final fight featuring one of the adversaries in this supplement. As the campaign progresses, Tenebrax, the Demon Lord of the Undead grows his power and plans for his escape and ascension to godhood. Will your party be able to defeat him?

1. Howl, the Hell Hound – a giant, three-headed demon dog
2. Draeleki, the Tortured Conglomeration – a mass of zombified body parts held together by spectral energy
3. Mulch, the Rotting Treant – an ancient tree that fell but was raised again by fungal necromancers that worship rot and decay
4. Blezz, the Many Plagues – a buzzing hivemind of flies and beetles piloting the rotting corpse of a giant bird
5. Armada, the Hungry Vessel – a pirate ship sunk by a tentacled creature, only to resurface merged with the beast that sunk it
6. Malraun, the Fallen Angel – a floating head with 4 faces surrounded by rings covered in eyes and 6 shadowy wings
7. Cobblestone, the Risen Neighborhood – a section of a gothic city held together by long muscles weaving throughout the buildings, with a hidden beating heart somewhere in the center
8. Strife, the Remade Council – a metal construct controlled by 4 bickering spirits of long dead archmages that all want to be in charge
9. Gilt, the Golden Queen – a towering golden woman adorned with jewels who is always looking to acquire more wealth
