The adversaries and environments in this supplement create memorable encounters and experiences to give adventurers a fright! This collection consists of 8 encounters that can easily slot into an existing campaign or as a one shot for a quick setup and session.

These fully playtested encounters embody multiple types of horror. You can attempt to leave the mirror realm you find yourself trapped in through the Paranautical Reflection, defeat the powerful Verdant Defender in the looped cycle of the Blood Moon Grove, or try not to become Infected by the Parasites in the Infected Laboratory. Inside you will find:
