Daggerworld was a popular online game until its servers shut down mysteriously 20 years ago. In this new campaign frame for Daggerheart RPG, you play as a group of gamers delving back into a forgotten MMORPG in search of answers.

Inspired by .Hack// and Tron: Legacy, this Campaign Frame for Daggerheart has you and your friends exploring an abandoned online video game full of hackers, sentient AI, and conspiracy.

Return to Daggerworld is a severely underrated campaign frame. I really love the game-within-a-game feel. MMOs have been a huge part of my life, and I never expected they could also become such an endless source of inspiration for running this campaign. Highly recommended.
