The Wyrm of the Golden Lake is a Daggerheart-compatible adventure built around atmosphere, mystery, and meaningful choices.

A golden forest is slowly rotting. Animals grow sick, kobolds turn hostile, and something ancient stirs near the shores of the Golden Lake.

The people of Goldmere believe the Lindworm is responsible.

They are wrong.

Designed for 1–2 sessions, this adventure takes the characters through a strange and beautiful land where a simple hunt gradually becomes something very different. Exploration, investigation, combat, and a dynamic final ritual all lead toward a truth that will force the characters to decide what kind of heroes they want to be.

The adventure includes 7 structured scenes, adversaries, environments, GM prompts, a ritual countdown, and multiple possible outcomes shaped by the characters' choices.

Inspired by dark fairy tales, folklore, and mythic fantasy, The Wyrm of the Golden Lake is an adventure where not every monster is meant to be slain.
