The Arcane Frequency

The Arcane Frequency is a family-friendly TTRPG actual play podcast that tells anthological stories every season. All of our stories take place in the fantasy world of Feloria, but we bounce between different eras, genres, characters, and game systems between seasons.

Season 1 is a fun, light-hearted Daggerheart adventure about a crew of misfits learning to come together to conquer the red tape of bureaucracy, while setting aside their own differences.
Season 2 is a silly riff on 5 Banners Burning, but instead of the politics and betrayal of warring kingdoms, it will scale way down to rival business owners in the same medieval fantasy city. Season 2 will be run using D&D 5e
Season 3 will pivot to a dark fantasy mystery in the same city as season 2, but back to Daggerheart! High stakes, tragic characters, gothic horror, Dread domain, transformations, Season 3 is gonna be lit.

Our table vibe is friends at a table, but with stakes and mystery. We hope you enjoy listening with us, expect a good time, good story, and hopefully lots of laughs!

After the explosion of the Great Aetherium Engine, the isles now find the very Aether keeping them aloft is now fracturing their home from within. The New Celestial Star is rippling with chaos, and the line between salvation and annihilation has worn paper-thin.

Four Strangers. Four Secrets. One Impossible Mission.
THE OUTCAST: Jacqueline, a celestial-demonic hybrid who spent sixteen years in the dark, chained by her own explosive rage and a past she can’t outrun.
THE INNOCENT: Anise, a young fairy on a desperate search for a missing friend nobody seems to care about.
THE SOLDIER: Pipperin, a disillusioned veteran of the Starlight Brigade, now haunted by a dying father’s bloodied death and the crushing weight of a larger conspiracy.
THE GHOST: Maverick, a master of poisons and blades, trying to stay one step ahead of his old associates- a shadowy organization demanding his head on a platter.
Brought together by the manipulative and mysterious Charnixia, this mismatched crew was promised freedom. Instead, they found themselves in the crosshairs of elite mercenaries, ancient chaos demons, and a truth so devastating it could unmake reality itself.

From the smoke-filled alleys of the Shantytown Bazaar to the ticking ruins of the Whispering Drop, the party chases the secrets of a logbook that shouldn’t exist — horrific experiments, souls trapped in clockwork, and the first pulses of a terrifying, corrupting aetheric energy.
— Reality is shifting. The clock is ticking. The debt must be paid.
— Join Role of the Dice for a high-flying, high-drama Actual Play podcast! Where the stakes are real, the consequences are permanent- and every role matters!

HOW’S MY DRIVING?

Under 2 hr one-shot. Three best friends on a road trip quickly veering off course as they’re doggedly pursued by a terrifying killer in a sketchy white van. Expect edge-of-your-seat intensity, extraordinary vehicular violence, graphic body horror, and fatal harm to police officers, among other depraved forms of entertainment. The Panic Table presents HOW’S MY DRIVING?, featuring Olympian and Broadway star Laurie Hernandez, internet force of nature Anne Monteverdi, and TPT regular Gina Susanna as Cameron Danger Strittmatter as DM. Based off DNGN Club’s incredible Daggerheart Hack, HOW’S MY DRIVING?

The Veil of Vesir

Come explore a brand new world with our party as Mimic Decision brings you The Veil of Vesir. This long-form campaign is set in the world of Vesir, a war-weary realm having trouble settling into a fragile young peace. Our party will have to navigate the repercussions of the decisions made in the halls of power as they are felt by the world around them, and we’ll be asking you to help them! We’ll be looking to our audience, both during streams and between, to weigh in and steer the decisions of both the party and GM.
Starting from humble beginnings, the party will have to deal with suddenly being thrust into the heart of dealings between the leaders of the nations of Vesir. Join Morella the Fungril Rogue, Tormun the Galapa Seraph, Bhelu the Human… also Seraph, Azaelya the Faun Druid, and Tambid the Simiah Ranger as they are swept up from their everyday lives and onto an adventure with the potential to alter the fate of their world.

Dungeons & Diners

Welcome to our little slice of life in Valewell Village, where things have been absolutely mundane for quite some time. This was thanks to the Lure, a mysterious object attracting all the monsters across the land to it, located deeeeeeeeep within the Umbral Caves!
That all changes when the Lure’s power began to fade! Now a group of Exiles (Exiled each for incredibly mundane reasons) are sent into the Umbral Caves to figure it out or die trying. But what started as exile slowly became a delicious adventure of mystery and wonder. Will they find the Lure and fix why it’s not working? Or will they simply eat all the monsters along the way?
Come join us and find out!

Rigamaroll

We have 6 wonderfully talented players (including Joe Zieja and Crystal Lee – Genshin Impact, Arcane) trying to solve GM Matt Lowe’s (Blood of Zeus, Brooklyn 99…) greatest mysteries in the land of Synthara!

Our entire crew have been TTRPG players for decades, going back to DnD 2e (some of us are old, yes), and have explored and enjoyed dozens of systems and hundreds of campaigns. Having worked as actors, producers, set designers, painters, musicians, for most of our careers, we simply could no longer wait, and decided to (finally) make our own show: Rigamaroll!

We hope you enjoy watching in real time as the realities of two separate adventuring teams collide, and their combined struggles work to determine the fate of the galaxy.

Where’d the inspiration for this unique Campaign Frame come from? We drew inspiration from the epic (and sometimes hilarious) early 80s cartoons, where mighty warriors and mysterious magics blended seamlessly with fun futuristic tech and galactic-level stakes. Although Rigamaroll is not a “nostalgia show,” our goal was to capture the feeling those shows gave us as kids and sparked the imagination of a generation.

Soulbound

Soulbound is a campaign set in the Elemental Planes, and inspired by the webcomic Aether Eternius. Follow the new heroes of Embersight on their adventures in a bright and colorful world with darker layers.

Our Heroes:
– Akikaze (he/they) the Slyborne Muddled (Fire+Wind) Primordial Rogue [played by Darrien]
– Aurora (she/her) the Orderborne Void Primordial Warlock [played by Tenshi]
– Dallas (he/they) the Wildborne Drakona Brawler [played by Soul]
– Wenwen (they/she) the Slyborne Possitive Primordial Witch [played by Fen]
– Zona (they/them) the Wanderborne Clank/Fungril Guardian [played by Walle]
(“Primordial” ancestries are simply mixed ancestries reflavored as brand-new ancestries)

We have played a little bit before deciding to stream, so if things seem a bit off at the start, that’s why.

Eleven Foot Pole

Eleven Foot Pole is a Daggerheart actual-play set in the world of Exandria. We’re running The Treasure Vaults of Zadabad by Carl Bussler, while bringing in elements specific to Exandria. Join us every week for a tale of high adventure!

The Naturolls

The Naturolls has a main conceit – every tale told on the show is a campfire story the heroes are telling each other at the end of their journeys. Because of this, any player can take a turn in the GM seat to tell a story and expand the world (and absolutely mess up the other GMs’ plans with unexpected twists and turns).

The campaign takes place in a homebrewed world called The Shatterlands, a kingdom united under a banner of peace until a catastrophe upends things, leaving residents asking who would do this? And, perhaps more importantly, why?

Expect quick jokes and heartfelt moments, big action and quiet introspection, and a whole lot of talk about the deliciousness of fried potatoes.

The Last Arcanist is a long-form Daggerheart Actual Play Series that premieres every other Thursday at 6:00pm EST/3:00pm PST on YouTube.

Dagger Heartland

Dagger Heartland is an comedy actual play podcast using Daggerheart, the new tabletop roleplaying game from Darrington Press. Join our four characters as they navigate a world where only the bravest can bring peace to the land. Unfortunately, you’re stuck with these guys.
We find ourselves in Merica, a continent on the brink of all out war. Five years after the War of 1218, the five nations find themselves wrapped in alliances and rivalries, and one wrong move threatens to topple everything.
Using the campaign frame of Five Banners Burning, which is available in the Daggerheart Core Rulebook, our players are citizens of Heartland, located in the center of the vast continent. They’ll find themselves caught up in the conflict between nations, while trying to keep the peace in their own backyard. Only the bravest and most cunning of heroes can bring peace back to the land….which is unfortunate because our heroes are neither of those things.
Prairie Meeples acknowledges that this podcast is hosted and recorded on traditional lands of Treaty 1 First Nations signatories, the Anishinaabe and the Cree, and on the homelands of the Métis people.

Tales by Daggerlight

Tales by Daggerlight is a Daggerheart actual-play podcast about identity, legacy, and what rises from the ashes of a failing kingdom. Seven long-time GMs and storytellers step into Virelia, a realm where the king is dying, factions are circling, and every choice leaves a mark. Our table blends home-game chaos, character-first storytelling, and polished sound to bring Daggerheart to life.

The Unraveling

Welcome to the Realm of Strateny, where the gods watch with divine eyes and the old order is dying. Set in the forested region of Silvaheim during The Divine Eyes era (Year 24 TDE), our campaign follows a group of adventurers connected to The Weave—seven outposts protecting civilization from the horrors of The Steppes.

At the heart of our story is Laketown, a bustling hub trapped between the unforgiving Barrenlands, the conflicted Drakonian territories of Rimefjord, and the monstrous threats pouring from The Steppes, Laketown’s fight for independence mirrors the growing tensions across the realm.

This is a world where the Treaty of Elevation—the ancient pact between Dragonkin, Elves, and Dwarves—is being challenged by new voices demanding autonomy. Where magic was gifted by gods to control mortals, sparking devastating Arcane Wars.

Expect political intrigue, dangerous wilderness exploration, morally complex choices, and the constant threats in this world.

The Withering Crown

After a day of the kingdom’s celebration our band of thieves use the festivities as cover for a heist. As the night falls a myterious explosion causes havoc amongst the king’s castle, as a rival group of thieves attempted to steal something of the king. In a kingdom divided like Arcane with wacky heists like Sly Cooper, find out how are heroes unveil this ever twisting mytery ONLY ON DICETOLD STORIES. Join the Journey.

Yes And Dragons: Welcome To Vescarre

History says the city of Vescarre was founded on a bold and hopeful vision of the future. One where people might have the freedom to build a life where they didn’t have to live under the yoke of lords and waring thrones. After all, magic works better here and the sun shines on sparkling emerald waters while the balmy breeze carries the scent of sea salt and flowers.

The future has to be bright, right? But the founding of the Magocorps, driven by profit and commercial wealth, established a new oligarchy. In just over a century, these corporate over overlords built a brand new society in a pressure cooker of magic and social change. They tapped into the magical strength of the land to escalate our arcanological development in their relentless search for new and interesting ways to make themselves richer. Some succeeded, most failed, but the city grew and its people persisted.

And now the sprawling nearly lawless arcanopunkmegopolis they built along the way. The wild and heady mix of neon gutters and stunning wealth. In Vescarre, all of you are playing as a member of a team of repo contractors or RC’s indebted to one of the most powerful magocorps in the city. Ardent Innovations. Ardent paid for your education and licensing. And per the contract, most of you are now paying off that debt by working for Ardent. Your team is mostly comprised of people who went through the pipeline the same as you. So, it’s normal for RC teams to have a contractor here or there as well. Your licenses give you access to Ardent’s proprietary arcane technology, which means you’re allowed to tap into their spell grid, the network of ambient arcane power that lets their magitech work.

The Ashwood Warden

Our players are all from Minthaven, a little town slowly regrowing from an old college campus that existed from before The Great Awakening. Surrounding is The Ashwood, where a pervasive story is told to children, of the Warden who steals your soul.
Our players enter the Ashwood and are surrounded by mist. Folk Horror, mystery, where nothing is as it seems, join us in this 4 shot adventure to save Minthaven.

All their lives, that’s what our heroes have been told—as has everyone in Lacuna. Past all mortal memory, the twin Queens of Hope have guarded the land with their wisdom, their blessings, and the powerful Ward that shields their realm from forces mysterious and dark.

Only the Poets of Lacuna, a gifted few attuned to the Ward, can feel what’s been forced behind it—and protect others from whatever breaks through. Our four young heroes have been training in these arts, but they’re soon to discover that Hope is not the only power that forged this realm…or their fates.

Age of Umbra

Age of Umbra is a dark, survival-drama actual play using the Daggerheart system, set in the Halcyon Domain – a realm abandoned by gods and wracked by a corrupting entity called the Umbra. The dead don’t rest: souls are reborn into twisted, nightmarish forms, and the land itself festers under Umbra’s influence. Small communities survive only by tending Sacred Pyres that ward off corruption; in the enclave of Desperloch, five individuals rise to defend their people. Expect relentless tension, scarce resources, haunted ruins, moral gray decisions, and personal stakes. The system’s Hope and Fear mechanics underscore every desperate moment – your choices carry cost, and there is no easy second chance. Monsters are inscrutable, environments punishing, and victories fleeting, but character bonds and small triumphs keep light in the dark. It’s a show about endurance, loss, and the possibility that light might still matter when everything else fails.

Queen’s Light

Deep beneath the surface lies Silkhaven, a world of winding caverns, ancient echoes, and fragile communities struggling against forces larger than themselves. Rex, Marrow, Guy, and Selwyn—our unlikely band of bug fae heroes—wander through wonder and danger, uncovering secrets that test both their courage and their bonds.

Written and game-mastered by Austin of Javelin Entertainment, this series captures the haunting beauty of Hollow Knight with the high-stakes choices of Darrington Press’ Daggerheart. Expect heartfelt roleplay, atmospheric storytelling, and a blend of whimsy and weight as The Pocket Dimension casts a little light into the unknown.

Roleing Solo

Usually about an hour per session, one or two PCs versus the world.

Role of the Dice

“In the Forgotten Age before the memory of mortals, before the forging of the first blade or the weaving of the first spell, a shadow stirred in the Hinterlands. Mysteries lie dormant there, discarded and abandoned, whispers of a time when creation itself was young and untamed. Among these enigmas stands kyzorite, a substance of alchemical and arcane power–inscrutable in nature. Its potency is undeniable, a force capable of shaping reality itself, yet its workings defy comprehension. Its effects are as unpredictable as the whims of the gods, a chaotic dance of potentiality that confounds even the wisest sages. Yet, where others see only chaos, heroes see opportunity. Where others fear the unknown, adventurers seek the truth. And so, the tale begins, a saga woven from the threads of ancient secrets and the boundless courage of those who dare to unravel them.”

The Mechanolith

The Mechanolith, an ancient dwarven construction, encircles the World Mountain on the lowest layer of existence, the hellscape known as Zadumir. Long ago Nalana, goddess of protection and strength, entrusted the dwarven people with the eternal defence of the World Mountain against the foul forces of the dark god Throx. This mechano-fortress thousands of leagues long has a vast array of defences that turn away the forces of evil, including Realm Defenders, automatons so huge they may battle the greatest of creatures that Throx might throw against it. Since the Age of Formation it has stood protecting all the layers above, but now cracks have begun to emerge.

This highly industrialised world is a place where automatons are commonplace and the Mechanolith itself is a clockwork cannon covered castle on a scale beyond one person’s understanding. In this Mechanolith campaign, our player characters are members of the Order of Specialists, tasked with investigating the communication blackout with the Stalactite Bastion, Nalana’s Spear.

Making It In Madet

At winter’s edge, Slatebark Hollow trembles. In Madet—a remote research frontier—an inexplicable sickness warps the local fauna into nightmarish forms. Supply wagons have vanished, and C.H.A.S.M.M., the university city-state that sustains them, has fallen silent. Desperate, the Council of Expertise dispatches a ragtag band of adventurers into the growing darkness:
Raz Tocum—parole-bound human thief turned reluctant guard, who’d rather lift a wallet than draw blood.
Vandal “Val” Isim—a well-meaning faun whose clumsiness belies his sharp instincts; now Raz’s parole officer.
Calico Bogdan—a traveling katari bard whose captivating performances hide a cunning artist and freighter of secrets.
Gabriel Baybo—a drakona bounty hunter with a zeal for the chase that borders on obsession.
Nyla—a katari ocean priest exiled inland, serving as Madet’s chaplain under mysterious orders.
Their mission: breach the silence, unravel the mutations, and survive the horrors lurking beyond Madet’s frosted boundaries—before winter claims them all.

Au Bord de l’Aube

At the edge of the world, where roads fade and names crumble… the Lands of Uatan stretch out, vast and fragmented, like a dream that has forgotten itself.
Once, the fabric of the world was carefully woven.
But the thread broke. And what was not destroyed… froze.
Amber is all that remains. A mineral memory. Fragments of a time we dare not name.
Ageless colossi wander beneath the torn skies. They are called the Wanderers. Some say they walk endlessly because the world never gave them back their names.
To survive, peoples have forged new bonds, new nations.
And among them, moving threads, made of wheels and silk, songs and countless faces. The caravans.
Each convoy is a bridge. A thread between the living. Between memory and the future. Between exile and promise.
They move forward, unchanging, slow and dusty, laden with provisions, secrets… and sometimes with oaths too heavy to bear.
And yet, in this frozen world… something returns.
A breath in the air, a vibration in the earth. A shiver in the amber. A hand reaching out through oblivion.
For here, everything begins again. In the shadow of a past that refuses to die.
Here.
Now.
Au Bord de l’Aube.

Dodoborne: A Daggerheart Actual Play Podcast

DodoBorne is an improvised comedy podcast where four friends dive into Daggerheart, the brand-new tabletop roleplaying game from Darrington Press.

Join Pistachio, a faun druid allergic to the outdoors; Crank, a 7-foot robot determined to become a wizard; and Kapi, a Firbolg who loves his jacket and apple fritters, as they navigate a rich world of mystery, magic, and malfeasance!

Dropping every other Tuesday, DodoBorne mixes humor, heart, and a bit of nonsense while bringing the community along for an ever-evolving adventure.

Who’s On First Watch?

Our actual play plunges you into The Shattered Veil War, a brutal fantasy campaign set in the war-torn world of Hammanaroth. The premise is simple yet devastating: twenty years after the fall of Gormsley shattered the fragile peace, the ancient ley lines that once bound the gods’ enemies are splintering, and the lost portal keys have become the most coveted prizes in existence. Every nation, cult, and warlord hunts them—some to restore balance, others to wield absolute dominion.

The vibe is dark, gritty, and unflinching. This is a story of war camps, desperate alliances, and choices that stain the soul. Veilquakes rip through the land with raw magic, inquisitions hunt the marked Wraithbearers, and secret cults manipulate entire armies to feed their apocalyptic aims.
What can you expect? Epic battles and intimate horror. Refugees struggling for survival, generals press-ganging innocents into their wars, factions at each other’s throats, and your party caught in the middle. Hope flickers like a candle in the storm—but it’s a weapon as sharp as any blade.

In the Shattered Veil War, every decision matters. Will you safeguard the weak, strike deals with devils, or seize the keys

Arcanarama: Goldbrine’s Grave

Captain Callidus Goldbrine seems mad in his final moments, spewing tales of creatures with endless eyes and a vengeful sea with a secret––the ravings of a mad man. However, when he started spewing sea water from his mouth in the taproom, those ravings were given more credence. With his last gurgling breath, he gave his final wish: to be laid to rest at the center of Wailstrom Isle, among his horde of treasure. The only problem is, the captain was always very secretive about his cut of the plunder, and he never took any crewmates with him to the island. Most people don’t even believe it really exists. It’s up to his loyal crew to carry out this final wish. Whether your goal is to honor your fallen captain, or just to get your hands on his long-hidden treasure, you need to find your way to Wailstrom Isle and contend with whatever horrors await you there.

Our table balances levity with heavy moments, often comedic but serious when the time comes! We love to have fun and tell stories, and we hope you’ll join us on this grand adventure!
